What is a key person?

A key person is responsible for a smaller group of children. Your child will be allocated a key person and our Early Years Lead will be your child's other key person. 

What will they do?

• They will help to settle your child into the Pre-school environment, making them feel safe and secure.
• Build strong relationships with families.
• Plan activities for your child based on their personal and developmental needs.
• Keep records of your child’s development.
• Complete assessments on your child.
