The School Development Plan is an annual document that is written by the school to look at the priorities for the forthcoming academic year. It is monitored throughout the year by staff and reviewed at the end of the year. The Governors also play a critical role in monitoring the plan with the Senior Leadership Team feeding back information about the progress of the priorities on a regular basis.
